& Url Inspection function. We have learned that how does The overview report helps us to optimize your website in a better way &
make necessary changes to rank in Google Search Engine Result Page
(SERP).
In Today's article, we are going to
discussed another most important report i.e Index Report
which includes:
- Coverage
- Sitemap
What is Indexing?
In
simple words, Indexing is the concept of Google Search engine to
which pages of your website is stored search engine which leads to
Search appearance of your website. These stored pages labeled as
“Valid” which tell the which pages are set to search appearance
means if someone search keyword which related your services there is a chance to search engine shows your webpages in the result.
That's
the reason many companies hire Web development companies to build
website behalf of there client because they do have web experts who
know how do Google crawlers crawl the website & on what
parameters like Metatag, H1 & H2 tags, Meta description, Do-follow
& No-follow link were to add on website backend.

1.Index
Coverage:
Index
coverage the most important report which provides Error reposts pages
In red color bracket. Which there some things wrong in your pages
which caused Google cannot index your web pages & shows you the issue in pages to troubleshoot it. Coverage report consists of Errors,
valid with warning report, valid link report, etc.
2.Sitemaps:
Sitemaps
inform the search engine that we have been adding a new or updated page in
our website & is all set to crawling.
simply
stated, a sitemap is XML file contains all the URLs of your blog &
pages and you submit that file to search engines to let them know
about all the pages or blog of your website. Search engine bots
follow sitemap use these files to crawl and index your website.

- Submit your website
- Select the sitemap button from the left side bar
- Add your sitemap URL
- click submit
